Last nights cash game

Last night i played up at the ware house got about 20 guys in the game.

damn it's such a juicy cash game your almost gauranteed to go up money if you play smart.

I turned my stack of 60$ into 200 at one point.

I made flopped Gin, i raised preflop, 2 callers. I have QQ.

Flop : QJJ. I have position and one guy fires out 15 , I call as well as the other guy.

Turn : K, guy fires out 20$ and i call so does the other guy

River : J ! for a board of QJJKJ. The guy 1st to act immediatly goes all in for like 60$. im like NO F'ing way he has quads!

So i thought for about 4 minutes and finally called and he showed 10 10! Whew!

Anyways ended up only 75$ for the night because i was an idiot and tried to bluff a calling station 2wice.

TIP : never bluff calling stations when they call on middle-low pair :(

Satellite

yay! i won a 8$+R satellite to the 175$ DS!.

not sure if im gonna play the DS or use my W$ for some other satellite qualifer.

But pretty stoked none the less.

I finally realized my huge weakness.

Bluffing.

Out of the last 4 tournaments i've played in, ive bluffed off my whole stack each time lol.

So im pretty sure if i just stop bluffing all in i'll have a bitmore success.

So i was playing 1/2 today and there was this guy who was on major tilt at my table.

1st hand i have KK and i raise to 6. Guy reraises me to 10 so i just call.

Flop comes : 6K4 Rainbow

I check he goes all in for 200$. I insta call! and take down a nice 400$ pot. He had 77

2nd hand : same guy limps in UTG with 44 everyone folds to me in the BB i raise it up with AJ

He re-raises me to 16$ so i call.

Flop comes : AA2 . I check he bets 20$ i call. Turn a 2. I check he goes all in for 135$ and i insta call again!. Won that pot for like 350

Overall a pretty good day. I should have been up more money but i bluffed off about 80$ then i felt like an idiot and left the table.

Juicy Cash game

Last night was awsome. Went up to a warehouse filled with tons of fish and people drinking.

Turned my 60$ into 310 in a couple hours.

All night they were just being super aggressive and when i picked up a big hand... BOOM! paid off baby.

Looking forward to going back next week.

Omaha

So i tried playing an actual session of Omaha yesterday and damn it's hella fun!

Kinda a swingy game but theres just so much more to think about i love it.

Won 35$ playin at the small 10/25c stakes. Gonna try to learn more about the game.

Also i'm thinking of actually spending the time to try to qualify for the PCA packages. I wanna go so bad!

After today i get 4 days off work. weeeeeee. PCA qualifying time?

my 1st one was a 7 card stud tournament for 100$

my 2nd one was the 3$ + rebuy for $6000!!!! <----best day of my life

Been playing pretty solid lately

For some reason it seems like Full tilt holds up more than pokerstars. For the past week, ive only had 1 cooler and not 1 bad beat!! It's been crazy. Now if i were playing on stars, at least 2wice a day.

But yeah i've been Playing really really solid lately only having 2 loosing sessions out of about 10. Yesterday i had a loosing day because of 1 stupid hand i couldn't let go of when i knew i was beat.

I had JJ and he had AA and he re-raised me preflop and as soon as he did, i wanted to fold so bad but i had to see a flop. and i knew if all low cards came i was in trouble. In fact i was so sure he had aces i was hoping for an Ace or King or queen to hit the flop so i could get away from the hand more easily.

So anways, i called and all low cards came on the flop and i just checked called the whole hand and he showed aces and i lost around 40$. I guess thats somthing i need to work on. Laying down over pairs when i know im beat. My brain was telling me fold!!! but my finger just kept on clicking that damn call button.

But other than that, Been having alot of success online.

Besides poker, Started up the gym about a week ago and it feels good. I feel like i have more energy now. Been Going to the movie theaters alot. It's really cheap here, only 4$ to see a movie. 4 dollars!!!!! plus they have wicked chairs that recline which is awsome.

Anways im outtie, gonna go see another movie today. Or go to Guadalajara for the weekend again with my dad, havn't decided.

Full Tilt and ATV's!

Still kickin it in mexico.

Well over the past few days, It's been a blast. Me and my dad Rented some ATV's and went up to a bluff. It was my 1st time on an ATV, so they had to instruct me on how to drive it lol, but i got the hang of it in no time. It took 45 min to get to the top of the bluff and when we got up there, WOW, it was a fantastic view over the jungle and ocean!! Honestly, best view ive ever seen in my life.

The ride up was pretty fun. Except on the way down was going way to fast around a corner and my 2 side tires went up and i thought it was going to flip so i jumped off going like 10 km/hour. Whew! that was close let me tell you.

On the poker side of things, I opended up a Full tilt account because of the wicked bonus offer and Rake back. So far It's going great! Maybe it's just my luck, but man there sure seems to be some donkeys there. Won some huge pots which i will post in this blog.

I've decided to play cash games at Full tilt and Tournaments at pokerstars because of the bigger prize pools at stars.

So for my 1st 2 days at Full tilt, here are some of the hands that went down.

I had QQ mid position, there was a raise UTG to 2.25, and 1 caller, It comes around to me and i raise it to 9.25 and get 1 caller.

Flop comes 4d 9c 3c and i bet out 14$ , And the guy thinks and thinks, and puts me all in for around 30sih and I pretty much insta call. I wasn't going to fold since i already had about 22$ in the pot.

He shows Kc Qc for a flush draw, and thank god it held, and i took it down for $85


2nd hand i had 66, raised in mid pos. to 1.75, got 2 callers, flop came 7c Qh Ts , and they both checked, and i bet out 3.50 on a bluff and get 1 caller.

we both checked the Qc on the turn,

The river -----> my beautiful 2 outer, the 6c. So on a board of 7c Qh Ts Qc 6c, he bets out 4.25 and i raise to 14.50, he calls and i show a house and he shows Tc 9c for a flush, and i take it down for 40$

My last hand i want to share is my 55 hand.

Im in the BB with 55 and 1 guy raises it to 2.25, 2 other people call and i call in the BB.

Flop comes A5A, sweeet sweeet sweeet, someone has an ace and im gonna get paid off.

Everyone checks to this guy who bets 5$, so everyone folds and i smooth call.

Turn : 6, I check and he checks

River : 10 , I check it hoping and praying he would bet out.

He bets out 10$, so i min raise to 20$, and then he Min re-raises me to 30$!!!, so i min re-raise to 40$ which puts me all in and he calls.

Guess what he has. --------> 77!!!! HAHAHAHA , do you ever think 77 would be good in that spot? hell no!, what a fool. lol

So anyways i won that pot for $89.75. Welcome to full tilt Mark. lol

Anyways thats all i got to say for now, im gonna go relax. even know thats all ive been doing down here for the past month and a half lol.

So i've decided to make my own blog. Why? just for somthing to do i guess. Express ideas, Talk about poker, (blog will probably be mostly about poker), and just talk about things going on in my life. No one will probably read it, but hey it's good to keep a blog.
